Vacation Bible School 2025 is officially in the books, and Avalanche Ranch was one for the ages. For an entire week, our church was packed with kids, volunteers, music, games, crafts, and enough energy to power a small city. It was loud, it was fun, and it was exactly what it needed to be.
Avalanche Ranch centered on helping kids discover that Jesus is our solid foundation no matter what life throws their way. Through high-energy worship, creative Bible lessons, team competitions, and hands-on activities, kids learned what it means to trust God and follow Him in real life. They didn’t just hear the message. They experienced it.
We had an incredible turnout this year, with families from all over the community joining us. Some kids were part of our church already, and many were brand new faces. That’s one of our favorite parts of VBS. It creates a space where kids can have fun, make friends, and encounter Jesus in a way that sticks long after the week ends.
None of this happens without an army of volunteers. From the team that built and decorated Avalanche Ranch to the group leaders, worship team, snack crew, registration team, and clean-up , it took a lot of people to make this week run smoothly. And they showed up in a big way. We’re grateful for every person who gave their time, energy, and voice to make VBS 2025 happen.
We also want to thank the parents and families who trusted us with their kids this week. Our goal is always to partner with families, not replace them, and to help kids take steps in their faith that continue at home long after VBS wraps up.
If your child joined us for Avalanche Ranch, we’d love to keep the connection going. Our kids ministries meet every week, and there’s always a place for your family here. If you’re new and checking us out for the first time because of VBS, consider this your invitation. Come see what the rest of the year looks like.
Avalanche Ranch may be over, but the impact is just getting started. We’re already looking forward to what God will do through the kids and families who were part of it.
